And that 80 of CU's 1,000 employees were paid more than $100,000 in 2006, compared to 17 among City Hall's workforce of 1,600. And that CU spends five times as much per person on its "company picnic" as City Hall does for its workers. Etc."
The ending is priceless and I didn't want to give it away. If you haven't read it, this is my first recommended reading for 2008.
