Consent Agenda Bills Passed by the City Council February 9, 2009

Second Reading:

2009-016: Authorized the Director of Planning and Development to accept the public streets and easements of "TerraGreen Condominiums," generally located on the west side of the 2200 block of South Blackman Road when the applicant files and records the final plat, and authorized the City Clerk to sign the final plat.

2009-017: Approved the use of private streets and authorized the Director of Planning and Development to accept the dedication of the public streets and easements of "The Village at Pinewood," generally located at 3026 E. Evans Road when the applicant files and records the final plat, and authorized the City Clerk to sign the final plat.

2009-018: Declared the necessity of condemning right(s) of way over, under and through 4 tracts of land for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public street and for the relocation, construction, maintenance and operation of gas, water, electric, telephone, fiber optic, and communication utilities, including necessary fixtures and appurtenances for the Sunshine Street and Fort Avenue Intersection Improvement Project.

All the consent agenda items were passed unanimously by the City Council. Mayor Tom Carlson was not present.
